Before placing an order, please read these instructions:
Use the 'buttons' on this page only if you wish to pay with a credit card AND you do not have your own PayPal account. You will have to pay the standard price for each item and a shipping fee will be added to orders less than $100.00:
20% of the order price for less than $30.00,
15% of the order price from $30 to $59.00,
10% of the order price from $60 to $99.00.
If you can pay by other means, or if you already have a PayPal account, you can arrange to pay for actual shipping charges only and you can negotiate a discount for large orders, special circumstances, etc. (It is not difficult to set up a PayPal account and I think it does not cost anything to do so.)
